The Skyways Club has signed an
agreement with Holiday Inn where they can get a room for $129 city/bay view,
$159 Gulf view.
Reservations at the Holiday Inn
for the event will be made by INDIVIDUAL CALL IN. All reservations must be made
by April 5, 2012. In order to receive the preferred rates, for which you are
contracted, individuals with telephone requests must identify themselves with
Corvettes on the Circle. Individuals need to call (941)552-1170 or (941)388-5555
for reservations. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed upon
check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation
at the time the reservation is requested. After the cut-off date, reservations
will be accepted on a space available and at the prevailing rate.
The Helmsley Sandcastle has
several car clubs already booked with them. For a potential discounted rate we
suggest mention your car club name and/or that you are part of the “Corvettes on
the Circle show”. The Skyways has no contractual agreement for a reduced rate at
the Helmsley.
